Morrisons outperforms rivals with strong Christmas trading
Supermarket giant Morrisons has beat its rivals by announcing strong Christmas trading results.
The Bradford-based retailer said like-for-like sales in the six weeks to January 3 rose by 6.5%.

Eurostar sales rise despite Christmas travel disruption
Eurostar, the Cross-Channel rail service, has reported a rise in ticket sales and passenger numbers for the 2009 year.

More bumper Christmas sales figures from DSG & HRG but HMV disappoints
DSG International, the electronics group that owns Dixons, Currys and PC World, has today joined other major retailers in reporting bumper Christmas sales.
