Nestle opposes corporate philanthropy

Companies should not waste shareholders’ money on philanthropy, the chairman of Nestle claimed this week.
Peter Brabeck-Letmathe, chairman of the Switzerland-based food giant, said corporate philanthropy is a “misuse” of shareholder money, Bloomberg reports.
