Videoblogging Week 2010: Sunday
today was a glorious sunday. we are packing up to move to our new house (this is our old place). lots of work got done, but in such beautiful weather, it doesn’t really feel like work. VB week 2010. can’t believe it.
Kangaroos
adrian miles and seth keen took us for a walk. we saw a “mob” of kangaroos. it was fascinating! they are like deer but they will totally kick your ass if you get too close. i could not stop staring, they are the coolest animals i’ve ever seen.
Rural Broadband
this is my rural broadband story. things i talk about in this video include page county virginia, hughesnet (check out their service plans and bandwidth limits – top tier service which allows a whole 500mb a day for $350 a month, no joke), highspeedLINK (our new local provider who gives us unlimited bandwidth hurray!). if you or someone you know does not have access to broadband, check out WeNeedBroadband.com and sign their list.
